Some people just wake up and hit the ground running, not me. I need a cup of coffee first thing before I can get my day started. So If I’m going to hit the hill for an overnight camping trip, part of my prep is grabbing some ground coffee beans and a way to make it. The last thing I want to fuss with in the morning is starting a fire.
JetBoil happens to have one of the more convenient flash cooking systems for the outdoors. This thing starts up with a click of a button ans boils 2 cups of water in about 2 minutes.
I managed to test out my buddies camping cooker the last trip and I’m impressed. Its super small, easy to stash away in your backpack and stable when in use. The footing works great creating a safe cooking area on top of a rock or log. Even when the boiling container was total full, there was no chance of tipping over.
This flash cooker runs for around $100, so its not the cheapest out, but defiantly worth the cash.
